• Register delegates with awarding bodies (CITB, ProQual, EUSR, EAL) where applicable
• Issue course certificates and completion documentation
• Maintain records required by our accrediting bodies

We process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (where you have booked training); legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, maintaining business records); legal obligation (where required by our accrediting bodies or regulators).

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, plus any period required by our accrediting bodies or applicable law. For course records, this is typically 3 years from the date of training. Enquiry data that does not result in a booking is retained for 12 months.
