    How We Design Your Programme

Every bespoke programme starts with understanding your operational reality. We look at what your workforce does day to day, what risks they face, what equipment they use, and what compliance standards your clients or regulators expect. From there, we build a programme that addresses your specific gaps rather than delivering a generic syllabus.

Sygma bespoke programmes can include any combination of cable avoidance, safe digging, permit procedures, Genny-First methodology, HSG47 alignment, equipment familiarisation, and on-site competency assessment. Each programme is structured around your team size, experience levels, and site conditions.

We price per programme, not per head. Whether you are training 4 people or 8, the cost stays the same. Travel anywhere on the UK mainland is included. There are no hidden fees, and we can deliver at your site, your yard, or at our Wigan training centre.

Once you submit the form below, a member of the Sygma team will review your requirements and come back to you within one working day with an outline proposal. There is no obligation and no cost for the initial programme design.
